GENERAL COMMENT

This exceptional farm is in a class of its own and property of this nature comes into the market once in a life time.

It is a third generation stud farm that has been nurtured and pampered with great care and developments were done with great attention to detail and quality.

The infrastructure is in very good order and the veldt is in pristine condition. This farm lies in the drier area of the Eastern Cape and over utilization could have left deep scars. This is not evident and is the result of conservative stocking and general passion for the eco system.

This farm is perfectly suited for game farming for the following reasons

1 The veldt types allow for great species diversity and browsers and grazers would be equally at home here.

2 The terrain is large enough to allow for movement of herds and the great variety of dense vegetation provides protection for the animals

3 There is enough water to sustain an economic game operation as well as tourism development

4 The terrain makes hunting a great pleasure as it is perfectly designed for stalking

5 The terrain is also very suitable for game viewing
