DESCRIPTION:

This is a typical Noorsveldt small stock farm. The area is reasonably flat although there are a few undulating riverine areas with Acacias. The veldt comprises granaat, Euphorbia, spekboom, various species of Karoo and several species of succulents. There is evidence of various grass types. The veldt has been well preserved and although it is dry at the moment, has not been over utilized. This farm is ideal for small stock including angora goats, boergoats and dorpers since it is well balanced with grazing and browsing potential for both. There are plenty of kudu occurring naturally on the property. The property’s borders lie about three km away from the road and is very safe. There is no evidence of stock losses. There are no land claims.

FARM INFRASTRUCTURE:

The farm is divided into 7camps and each has one or two very neat watering points. There are 2.windmills and the quality of the water is very good. The water is gravity fed to all the water troughs in pipelines that run along the fence. The boreholes are between 12 to 15 m deep.

The farm has stock proof internal fences and the external fences are jackal proof.

There is a small homestead on the farm, which is suitable for week-end stay overs but there is no ESCOM. A lister engine provides electricity.  At the moment there are 120 dorper ewes with lambs and 70 boergoats with kids on the farm.
